Extract: Chapter (V)MMDLXV - "The Shield of His Worlds: Primus-Grade Military Assets of the Nemeyan Sector"
Scrivenor's note - since the breaking of the Imperium and the advent of the Great Rift, portions of this document may be inaccurate or impossible to formally verify. Addendums have been made where possible, but the Officio Cartographicae cannot be liable for any inconsistencies between this Primer and the physical situation of the Nemeyan Sector.
Astra Militarum: the Nemeyan Voidwalkers
Recruited directly from the sector's capital, the Void Weave, the proud Voidwalkers are the most storied regiments to be raised in the sector. Given the unique nature of their homeworld, it is perhaps to be expected that these stalwart men and women specialise in boarding actions and extra-vehicular assaults, but that expectation is belied by the skill and tenacity with which the Voidwalkers wage war. Garbed in flak-armoured void suits of deep blue and bright silver, the troopers of the Nemeyan sector have won battle honours from operations across the Imperium.
Aeronatica Imperialis: Battlefleet Nemeyan
Most of the sector’s defensive strength is concentrated in its fleet, a stout bulwark against the darkness as the Imperial Navy has always been. Battlefleet Nemeyan's flagship, Rex Bellorum, is a formidable Retribution-class battleship. The fleet is divided into two main groups: system defence, and sector patrol. The system defence squadrons are coloured royal purple with black trim, while the larger and more formidable patrol battlegroups bear heraldry of black, dark blue and gold, and show the Imperial flag throughout the sector.
Questoris Familia: House Belisi
A formidable Knight household, masters of Calexia Furtis, the fell engines of House Belisi are sworn to the Emperor before the Omnissiah, and it is said that, were all its banners to be called to war, more than fifty Knights could stride to war in defence of the Nemeyan sector. Their colours - Rose, a bend Sable in the formal language of Imperial heraldry - have always been counted truest amongst the sector's might at arms.
